Stainless Steel Investment Casting
In the past, we used water glass to make shells, but in recent years, we have undergone comprehensive renovations and fully adopted advanced silica sol shell-making technology. This not only improves product accuracy and surface finish but also enhances overall performance. At the same time, we have introduced coated sand combined with shell-making to further optimize the shell-making process and ensure that the product meets the highest quality standards.
Stainless Steel Sand Casting
In the sand casting process, different foundries choose various sand mold materials based on customer performance requirements, such as silicon sand, resin sand, pearl sand, expansion sand, etc. Dawang mainly uses resin sand and pearl sand, with pearl sand being known for its uniform particles and good fire resistance, suitable for high-temperature and demanding casting scenarios. We strictly follow the post-testing recycling process to ensure the quality of the sand mold. Our overall goal is to meet the customer’s demand for high-quality castings.
Stainless Steel Shell Mold Casting
Dawang’s shell casting production line is the latest equipment introduced. There are 8 automated production equipment, which can produce parts weighing less than 200 kilograms. The monthly production capacity of this production line can reach 800 tons. At the same time, we have experienced workers to cooperate with production and quality inspection.
